This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Missold Finance has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

*Where a service is offered on a no win no fee basis this means that the customer will typically pay 30% plus VAT (36% including VAT) of any amount recovered by our sole legal partner, DWS Legal, although this will be subject to your individual circumstances and the actual fee may be less than this, but it will never be more. Upon registering your claim, you have the right to cancel without penalty within a 14 day cooling off period. A cancelation fee may be charged if you cancel outside of the cooling off period.

Any data shared with us will only be used for the sole purpose of processing your claim and will not be shared or used for any other purposes. DWS Legal is an independent legal professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice.
